01 Eligibility

Participation in the presale is only available to individuals who are legally permitted to purchase, hold, and use digital assets under the laws and regulations of their country of residence. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations.

02 Nature of the Tokens

The $MASS and $ENERGY tokens are digital utility assets intended for use within the Mass & Energy ecosystem. Ownership of these tokens does not represent equity, shares, securities, ownership rights, voting rights, profit-sharing rights, or any claim against the project, its founders, team members, or affiliates.

03 Presale Participation

Participants may acquire tokens by sending funds to the official presale wallet addresses published by the Mass & Energy team. Tokens allocated during the presale will be distributed according to the schedule and procedures announced through the project's official communication channels.

04 No Guarantee of Value

The value of digital assets is highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly. The Mass & Energy team makes no guarantees regarding the future market value, liquidity, utility, performance, or profitability of any token acquired during the presale.

05 Risk Acknowledgment

By participating in the presale, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets, including but not limited to:

07 Refund Policy

All presale contributions are final. Except where required by applicable law, contributions made during the presale are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.

08 Distribution and Delivery

The project team reserves the right to determine the final distribution process, timeline, and technical requirements necessary for token delivery. Participants must provide and maintain compatible wallets capable of receiving the tokens.

09 Project Modifications

The Mass & Energy team reserves the right to modify, update, postpone, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the project, tokenomics, roadmap, ecosystem features, or presale structure if deemed necessary for operational, technical, legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

10 Compliance and Anti-Fraud Measures
